Street cats in Lévis

For the City, stray cats aren't wildlife: for a colony, it refers you to the SPA de Lévis. The SPA has a trap, sterilize, release and maintain program (TNR, called CSRM in French) for Lévis residents who become colony caretakers. It covers cats who aren't socialized, live outdoors, are in good health and are over 4 months old. The caretaker traps them with a loaned trap; they're sterilized, get a notch in the left ear and go back to their colony, where the caretaker feeds them at set times and gives them shelter.
