I've found a cat in Saguenay

  • Contact the SPCA Saguenay at 418-695-5055, and post a listing with its online form.
  • A trapped cat must be brought to the SPCA. The by-law forbids releasing them in the woods. The City rents out traps.
  • The cat is licensed or microchipped: the pound notifies their keeper.
  • A cat outside isn't necessarily lost: how to tell.

Getting your cat back

Claim and boarding fees apply. Check the amounts with the City or the SPCA Saguenay before you go.

Don't wait. The City's page and the by-law don't give the same holding period: check it with the City or the SPCA.
